As an Apprentice you’ll train on-the-job under the direction of an experienced Journey-Level Worker. You’ll gain confidence and directly applicable work experience in the field. Plus you get paid!
With an Apprenticeship from CITC you’ll get a career you can be proud of, without going into debt or spending years in school
"I was working at a gas station and barely getting by. Then a friend told me about the money he was making in construction. I’ve always loved building things. Now I’m in an Apprenticeship Program training with experienced carpenters and soon I’ll be a Journey-Level Carpenter. I’m making more money now and even looking at buying my first home."
Construction Industry Training Council of Washington will dispatch you to an employer in your chosen trade who will train, oversee and pay you during your training. Through classroom and on-the-job training you’ll be prepared to take any Washington State licensing exam required to practice your trade in the State.
