    • Due to changes in the sales tax requirements in the state of Washington, CITC will no longer be providing code books for continuing education classes.  Check with your local bookstore or electrical supply store.

Course Description

8 hours Basic Classroom Training: This course introduces students to National Electric Code articles relating to motors, motor controls and hazardous locations.  The course guides the student through practical exercises in selection and sizing of conductors, overload devices, short-circuit and ground fault protection, disconnects, motor starters and motor control centers.  Introduces National Electrical Code articles: 430, 500, 501, 502, 503, 511, 513, 514, 515 and 516.

Location/Date

Courses that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements may be cancelled.
