Continuing Education Refund Policy

Classroom Courses

Refunds: Refunds (less $25 administration fee) gladly made if cancellation is 7 days before the class starts; no refunds made after that date. This policy is strictly enforced.

Transfers: Transfers may be arranged at no cost prior to the class date - but no later than one week after the class date. Transfers made more than one week after the class date are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Transfers are valid for one year from date of original class.

Online Courses

No refunds will be made for online courses - except in cases where students are unable to access or complete an online course due to technical difficulties originating from the CCEC website or servers.
